Q. What towns do you service?
All over Oxford and most of Oxfordshire
Q. Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?
Yes. We furnish everything needed to clean your home. We use only the finest and safest cleaning products for your home.
Q. Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit unless he/she is unable to attend due to sickness or family emergencies. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.
Q. Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
No. It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to your preferences.
Q. How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You may give us a key.
2. You can give us the code to the garage.
3. You can leave a set of keys with your neighbour, porter or letting/estate agent.
Please provide the contact details where we have to pick up the keys from including a name and a telephone number
We will collect the keys, do the job and then return the keys to the initial collection address or post them back through the letterbox.
Please note that we may charge you £10.00 if keys have to be picked up from a different postcode.
We insist that you are present at the time of completion so you can inspect the results and pay any outstanding balances to the cleaners! We do request that you fill in a customer satisfaction sheet if you are willing.
Q. What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee . If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you however please note the client is responsible for checking the property to a satisfactory level not any third party.
Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at the time of service unless a payment arrangment is set up prior to the job in question. We accept payments by cheque, cash or paypal.
Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the contract between Oxford Cleaning Services and the client, client, firm, or corporate body, as the case may be (the “Client”) that seeks
provision of cleaning services, which are to be performed by Oxford Cleaning Services staff members. The
Client and Oxford Cleaning Services (together the “parties”) agree that the cleaning services will be
provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
If you have received an invoice then this document must be signed and sent back to Oxford Cleaning Services before work commences.
1. Our Obligations
(a) Oxford Cleaning Services will make every effort to select a suitable Cleaner(s) before making
an introduction, by closely vetting Cleaners through interviewing procedures,
checked references and police checks if required.
(b) While Oxford Cleaning Services takes great care in selecting the right Cleaner for the Client,
the Client shall be solely responsible for satisfying themselves as to the
suitability of the Cleaner.
(c) Oxford Cleaning Services endeavors to ensure that a high standard of work, integrity and
reliability is always maintained by the Cleaner (s).
2. Client’s Obligations
(a) The Client MUST treat the Cleaner with respect and be courteous and helpful
to the Cleaner.
(b) The Client will be honest in their description of the position to be filled,
including the hours of work, type of duties and level of responsibility involved.
(c) If the Client wishes to engage the temporary cleaner for an extended period
of time the Client must first notify Oxford Cleaning Services AND ALL SUBSEQUENT
BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE THROUGH Oxford Cleaning Services
(d) The Client MUST settle their account with Oxford Cleaning Services within 7 days if Oxford Cleaning Services
has provided a satisfactory service any non satisfaction must be declared within 24hrs of the clean. In situations where this is not possible Oxford Cleaning Services must be notified prior to visit.
(f) The Client is responsible AT ALL TIMES for supplying all required and
Appropriate cleaning material unless otherwise arrangements have been made between both Oxford Cleaning Services and the client
3. Price & Payment
(a) THE CLIENT CAN BE INVOICED ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR CONTRACTUAL WORK ONLY. THIS MAY BE PAID BY CASH, CHEQUE OR BY BANK TRANSFER.
(b) ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS OR THE
Oxford Cleaning company MAY LEVY A SURCHARGE OF £5.00 A WEEK for each week that
the invoice remains overdue and unpaid.
4. Keys
(a) The Client may choose to issue Oxford Cleaning Services with keys that allow access to the
premises to be cleaned (the “Keys”).
(b) Upon issue of the Keys, the Cleaner will pass the Keys on to the office where the spare Key will remain between each visit to the client’s premises
(c) If Keys have been provided to Oxford Cleaning Services then following termination of the
services, Oxford Cleaning Services will return the Keys to the Client via recorded delivery.
5. Liability
(a) Oxford Cleaning Services is fully insured for the following; failure to perform, treatment
risks, failure to secure Client’s property, incorrect destruction of goods, Key holder cover
damage to property being cleaned.
(b) Public & employers liability insurance cover is provided by Direct line and APC insurance. And is authorized and regulated by the FSA.Insurance
6. Termination
If a Client wishes to terminate the services provided by Oxford Cleaning Services or terminate this
Agreement the Client must give Oxford Cleaning Services at least 24 hours notice prior to the
Cleaner’s next scheduled service. Failure to provide notice in accordance with this
clause could result in the Client being charged an admin Fee that would have been
payable had the Cleaner provided the services on the next scheduled occasion for
performing such services.
7. Miscellaneous
(a) The Client MUST NOT PASS THE DETAILS OF THE CLEANER TO A
THIRD PARTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENGAGING IN PRIVATE WORK.
(b) There will be no variation or change of these Terms and Conditions unless
approved in writing by Oxford Cleaning Services.
(c) These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and interpreted and construed
in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts.
