End of Tenancy cleaning service is suitable for tenants moving home and want to leave it in a presentable state or want their new place perfectly cleaned.
 
We can either work to Inventory requirements from property management companies or draw from our own experience on what is required for a tenancy clean.
 
We understand that we need to be flexible in order for you to successfully complete your tenancy agreement and hand-over the property.
 
Prices start from only £85:00 per property, all cleaning products and equipment incl.

Kitchen – clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards; Clean oven; Wash inside/outside of dishwasher; clean inside/outside fridge; Damp wipe all kitchen counter tops; Clean hob/ grill; Sweep and wash hard surface floors; discale and clean sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator.
 
Bathrooms - Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; Scrub and disinfect toilet, Clean and bath & showers, shower doors and tiles; Scrub and discale bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame.
 
Bedrooms – Vacuum and mop (if necessary); Clean mirrors; Remove litter; Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and ledges; Vacuum carpet ; Clean inside cupboards and wardrobes.
 
Living room- Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet , Clean mirrors, Clean and polish all surfaces, Clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frame, Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and window frames, Remove litters;
 
Hallway and Stairs - Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet , Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame, Remove cobwebs.
